Orion is a 2-year-old male Labrador retriever mix. The staff doesn’t know much about his past, but they know he is certainly very handsome, smart and sweet. He already knows tricks like ‘sit’ and ‘shake’ and would continue learning new skills and refine his already great manners. He is a bit reserved with people until he gets to know you, but once you’re his friend, he will always be happy to see you and give you gentle kisses.
He still bears the hallmarks of his past life; he has gained weight and he is feeling so much better after some medical treatment and a strict ZD diet (a special food). Now the staff is crossing their fingers that he finds a home that can make up for his past. He is a very easygoing dog who doesn’t ask for much but a good cuddle, a belly rub, and a nice walk or a car ride.
He thinks he would fit in fine with just about any loving family once you give him time to warm up. He gets along with most of the furry friends here at the shelter but a proper meet-and-greet is required.
Come to the shelter and ask to meet him outside – you won’t be disappointed.
Khali is a beautiful 6-year-old lady. She is a fun, energetic and people-loving girl who is on the hunt for a forever home. Her perfect home would have lots of toys for her to play with, high perches for her to rest on, perhaps a kitty friend or two and a patient family who knows that transitions are tough for her. It takes her a bit to get comfortable with new surroundings, but once she does, she is so fun to hang out with.
She is super-affectionate and loves being petted; she’s usually the first to greet new people at the shelter. She is also a free spirit who can definitely entertain herself with toys when you’re not around.
If you’re looking for a cat with both the spirit of a kitten and the maturity of the adult, and you’re willing to give her time to adjust to your home, please come and play with her.
