• Cassie J. Pupp, 29, 5969 Middle Road, Munnsville, was charged with grand larceny in the 3^rd degree and criminal diversion of prescription medications in the 2^nd degree.
• Ivan C. Dawley, 78 Wall St., Auburn, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. He was also arrested on a bench warrant for harassment in the 2^nd degree. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.

Jan. 4, 2020

• Nicholas N. Smith, 23, 112 Prospect St., Canastota, was charged with petit larceny.
• Zachary J. Bartolomie, 18, 122 Madison St., was charged with criminal trespass in the 2^nd degree.
• A 16 year old Oneida youth was referred to Madison County Probation regarding a charge of criminal trespass in the 2^nd degree.

• Dustin T. Squadrito, 22, 321 Harden St., Oneida, was charged with unlicensed operator and aggravated unlicensed operator in the 2^nd degree.
• Robert A. Spinney III, 20, 115 Madison St., Oneida was charged with criminal trespass in the 2^nd degree.

• Tyler A. Babcock, 28, 633 Floyd Ave., Rome, was charged with uninspected motor vehicle and aggravated unlicensed operator in the 3^rd degree.

• Christopher S. Mason, 55, 236 Park Ave., Oneida, was charged with reckless endangerment in the 1^st degree and criminal possession of a firearm.

• Jerry E. Sequin, 42, 225 E. Railroad St., Oneida, was issued a criminal summons charging him with criminal trespass in the 2^nd degree and harassment in the 2^nd degree.

• Brenden T. Powers, 19, 246 Williams St., Oneida, was charged with disorderly conduct and aggravated harassment in the 2^nd degree.
• Ryan J. Fureno, 32, 121 W. Walnut St., Oneida, was charged with petit larceny.

• Kenneth G. Robotham Jr., 30, 427 Wilber St., Oneida was issued a criminal summons charging him with endangering the welfare of a child.
• Danielle J. Mennig, 30, 307 Farrier Ave., Oneida was issued a criminal summons for harassment in the 2^nd degree and criminal obstruction of breathing.

• Michael J. McDonough, 25, 4856 Quarry Road, Munnsville, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with harassment in the 2^nd degree, unlawful imprisonment in the 2^nd degree, criminal mischief in the 3^rd degree, assault in the 2^nd degree and criminal mischief in the 4^th degree. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.
• Allen R. Price, 36, 132 E. Elm St., Oneida, was charged with unlicensed operator, uninspected motor vehicle and aggravated unlicensed operator in the 3^rd degree.

Jan. 15, 2020

• Tane J. Crump, 58, 1623 Bleecker St., Utica, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging failure to appear on an original charge of petit larceny. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.

• John F. Joslyn, 59, 427 N. Lake St., Oneida, was charged with criminal contempt in the 2^nd degree.
• Dakota L. Bender, 28, 135 Co. Rt. 23, Constantia, was charged with harassment in the 2^nd degree and endangering the welfare of a child. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.
• Jesse A. Confer, 31, 7868 Rinaldo Blvd, Bridgeport, was charged with criminal contempt in the 2^nd degree.
• Jamie L. Tobin, 33, 206 Broad St., Oneida, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging her with fraudulent obtaining a controlled substance, endangering the welfare of a child, and petit larceny. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on her own recognizance.
• Zachary J. Snyder, 28, 423 Sherrill Road, Sherrill, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with aggravated unlicensed operator in the 2^nd degree, unlicensed operator and inadequate stop lamps. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.

• Richard D. Tennant Jr., 26, 402 E. Bloomfield St., Rome, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear for sentencing on a charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7^th degree. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.
