  • Brittany N. Lopez, 29, of 9646 Maple Ave., Remsen, was charged with petit larceny. She is accused of stealing from a local business establishment.

Jan. 23, 2020

  • Mitchell K. Wallace, 18, of 225 N. main St., Oneida, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree criminal trespass. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance. These charges stem from allegations that Wallace entered a residence unlawfully.
  • Nicholas L. Wallace Jr., 20, of 225 N. Main St., Oneida, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, second-degree burglary, criminal obstruction of breathing, fourth-degree criminal mischief and first-degree criminal contempt. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance. These charges stem from allegations that he entered a local residence unlawfully and caused damage and violated an order of protection.
  • Dalton J. Prievo, 23, of 210 Almond St., Oneida, was charged with three counts of petit larceny and obstructing governmental administration. He is alleged to have entered multiple parked vehicles and stolen property and then obstructed police investigation into the larcenies.
  • Tyler J. Featherly, 27, of 126 Williams St., Oneida, was charged with operating without headlights, unlicensed operator, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator and operating with a suspended registration.
  • Michael G. House, 36, of 402 Stone St., Oneida, was charged with second-degree criminal trespass after being found inside a building that had been issued a vacate order based on alleged codes violations.
  • Shawn G. Dieni, 23, of 206 North St., Oneida, was charged with second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Jan. 24, 2020

  • Shania M. Harmon, 24, of 210 Almond St., Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that she failed to appear on charges of third-degree unlicensed operator and aggravated unlicensed operator. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on her own recognizance.

Jan. 25, 2020

  • Matthew J. Fratello, 35, of 219 W. Elm St., Oneida, was charged with unregistered motor vehicle, operating with a suspended registration, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operator and operating without insurance.

Jan. 27, 2020

  • Amanda L. Hopkins-Lawrence, 30, of 608 Fitch St., Oneida, was charged with failure to stop at a stop sign and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.
  • Sharayah C. Glynn, 30, of 118 N. Lake St., Oneida was charged with petit larceny. She is accused of shoplifting at a local retail establishment.

Jan. 28, 2020

  • Sandra M. Cesarini, 22, of 107 Clark St., Canastota, was charged with petit larceny. She is accused of shoplifting at a local retail establishment.

Jan. 29, 2020

  • Gregory K. Williams, 30, of 11 Skyline Dr., Morrisville, was charged with petit larceny. He is accused of shoplifting at a local retail establishment.
  • Mariah H. Wheeler, 28, of 199 Madison St., Oneida was charged with no seatbelt, unlicensed operator and two counts of second-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.
  • Charles E. Kampf, 39, of 226 Farrier Ave., Oneida, was charged with providing a false written statement and making a false report. He had reported being robbed at knifepoint Jan. 19 and this report was found to be untrue resulting in the listed charges.
