On Feb. 4, 2020, at 7:59 p.m., deputies with the Madison County Sheriff’s Office responded to 5071 Bearpath Road in Stockbridge for a domestic dispute.
Nicholas A. West, 33, of that address, was arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor, and fourth-degree criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor.
Police say West was arraigned at Oneida City Court where he was released in accordance with the new bail reform laws.
