Multiple arrests made
Feb. 10, 2020, 7:08 a.m.:
Deputies responded to 8719 Furman Mills Road in Brookfield for a domestic dispute. Jesse L. James, 21, of Brookfield, was arrested and charged with second-degree harassment, a violation.
Feb. 12, 2:15 p.m.:
Investigators arrested Lindsey L. Augustine, 36, of Sullivan, and charged her with endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor, as a result of an incident that occurred in December 2019.
Feb. 13, 11:38 p.m.:
Deputies responded to a one-car motor vehicle accident on Pleasant Road in the town of Eaton.
Shawn M. Thurston, 23, of Pinehurst, N.C., was arrested and charged with several traffic violations and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.
All three were issued appearance tickets to appear in court at later dates.
Bridgeport man arrested for criminal contempt
On Feb. 12, at 5:26 p.m., deputies responded to 7264 Patane Drive in Lenox. William A. Kaulback, 31, of Bridgeport, was arrested and charged with first-degree criminal contempt and aggravated family offense, both class E felonies; and second-degree criminal contempt and second-degree criminal trespass, both class A misdemeanors.
Kaulback was arraigned in Lenox Town Court, where he was remanded to the Madison County Jail without bail.
