City of Oneida announces Common Council agenda
Oneida City Clerk Susan Pulverenti released the agenda for the July 7, 2020, regular meeting of the Oneida Common Council.
The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. at the Kallet Civic Center with the call to order, Pledge of Allegiance and roll call.
OLD BUSINESS
*Approval of minutes of the regular meeting June 19, 2020
*Approval of Warrant No. 13
1. SPECIAL EVENT: Approve the special event application from Church on the Rock for an event to be held July 18, 2020, with music and a special speaker sharing his recovery from drugs and alcohol. (Mayor)
2. BUDGET TRANSFERS/AMENDMENTS: Approve budget transfers/amendments to purchase water meters, to close out Capital Project 2017 WWTP Aeration, to reallocate funds to cover second-quarter unemployment costs, to allocate funds to add cyber security to insurance package and to reallocate funds received from BRIDGES to sponsor DWI Prevention Program. 3. POLICY: Approve the Recreation Department’s “Reservation and Program Participation Administrative Policy”. (Wells)
4. PROPOSED LOCAL LAW: Receive and place on file a proposed Local Law extending a moratorium on Commercial Free-Standing Solar PV Systems and schedule a public hearing for July 21, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. at the Kallet Civic Center, 159 Main St., Oneida. (Bell/Mayor)
