On July 17, 2020, at approximately 12:40 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle on Hillside Avenue in Greenburgh for a vehicle-and-traffic violation.

Investigation revealed the driver of the vehicle, Carlos M. Gutierrez Morocho, 40, of Annsville, appeared to be intoxicated. He was taken into custody, transported and processed at SP Tarrytown where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.22 percent.

Gutierrez Morocho was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated; an unclassified misdemeanor and vehicle and traffic law violations.

Gutierrez Morocho was released to a sober third party with appearance tickets returnable in Greenburgh Town Court at 9:30 a.m. Aug. 11, 2020.
