- Adam Alishauskas of Sherburne, assigned to the Company C, 2nd Battalion, 108th Infantry, received a promotion to the rank of staff sergeant March 2, 2021.
- Grace Bell of Syracuse, assigned to the 827th Engineer Company, received a promotion to the rank of specialist March 18, 2021.
- Kiernan Masner of Oneida, assigned to the Company D, 152nd Brigade Engineer Battalion, received a promotion to the rank of private 1st class Feb. 27, 2021.
- Logan Price of Syracuse, assigned to the Medical Command, received a promotion to the rank of staff sergeant March 4, 2021.
- Chad Roher of Oriskany Falls, assigned to the Forward Support Company, 204th Engineer Battalion, received a promotion to the rank of staff sergeant March 15, 2021.
Army National Guard promotions are based on overall performance, attitude, leadership ability and development potential.
