(Oneida, NY – Feb. 2013) Oneida Savings Bank announces the promotion of three to Assistant Vice President.
Sally W. West was promoted to Assistant Vice President – Compliance. Her most recent position has been Compliance Officer.
West is responsible to ensure that Oneida Savings Bank’s policies are in compliance with all governing laws, rules, and regulations. She performs testing throughout the year to verify that adequate procedures are in place to adhere to such requirements and that any new regulations are properly addressed.
Andrea J. Barbato was promoted to Assistant Vice President – Internal Audit Manager. Her most recent position has been Internal Audit Manager. In her capacity at Oneida Savings Bank, Barbato is responsible to assist the Director of Internal Audit in examining and evaluating the adequacy, effectiveness, and efficiency of the bank and insurance agency’s internal control and risk management systems. She also reviews the employees’ adherence to policies, procedures, laws, and regulations.
Mollie R. Hoehn was promoted to Assistant Vice President – Lead Regional Office Manager. Her most recent position has been Office Manager of the Turin Road Office in Rome. In her new capacity, Mollie is responsible for the effective oversight of Turin Office, as well as being responsible for direct supervision of assigned office managers in the East Region of Oneida Savings Bank, which includes Vernon, Westmoreland, Rome and Griffiss Park. In addition, she acts as an intermediary between managers and management and assists managers with implementation of office staff and operational efficiencies.
