Cazenovia College Honors Area Students
A number of students in Cazenovia College’s Class of 2013 completed their degree requirements in December, 2012, one semester before their official graduation date. All the December degree candidates will receive their diplomas on Saturday, May 18, at Cazenovia College’s 188th Commencement Ceremony.
Among them:
Kiley Barr of Cazenovia will receive a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in visual communications with a minor in history at Cazenovia College’s Commencement Ceremony in May.
Erica Group of Chittenango will receive a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in interior design at Cazenovia College’s Commencement Ceremony in May.
Stefanie Sterling of Hubbardsville will receive a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in visual communications at Cazenovia College’s Commencement Ceremony in May.
Local Students Named to Dean’s List
The following local residents were named to the Dean’s List at Ithaca College for the fall 2012 semester.
Alisa Babcock, a resident of Hamilton and a sophomore Speech Lang Path & Audio major, was named to the Dean’s List in Ithaca College’s School of Health Sciences and Human Performance.
Angela Griggs, a resident of Canastota and a freshman Theatre Studies major, was named to the Dean’s List in Ithaca College’s School of Humanities and Sciences.
John Winters DiMarco, a resident of Kirkville and a junior Legal Studies major, was named to the Dean’s List in Ithaca College’s School of Business.
Ann DuChene, a resident of Canastota and a freshman Speech Lang Path & Audio major, was named to the Dean’s List in Ithaca College’s School of Health Sciences and Human Performance.
Gabrielle Fister, a resident of Waterville and a sophomore Film, Photo. Video & Vis Arts major, was named to the Dean’s List in Ithaca College’s Roy H. Park School of Communications.
Brigitte Capirci, a resident of Hamilton and a sophomore Biochemistry major, was named to the Dean’s List in Ithaca College’s School of Humanities and Sciences.
Ryan MacConnell, a resident of Chittenango and a senior Musical Theatre major, was named to the Dean’s List in Ithaca College’s School of Humanities and Sciences.
Emma Heath, a resident of Cazenovia and a senior Anthropology major, was named to the Dean’s List in Ithaca College’s School of Humanities and Sciences.
Reifschneider Named to Dean’s List
Donald Reifschneider of Oneida was named to the fall 2012 dean’s list at SUNY Buffalo State. To qualify for the dean’s list, students must earn a GPA of 3.5 or higher and complete a minimum of 12 credit hours.
Thomas Named to President’s List
The College at Brockport, State University of New York, recently honored students who excelled academically by naming them to the President’s List for the fall 2012 semester.
Erik Thomas of Oneida was named to the President’s List.
To achieve the honor of being on the President’s List, a student must earn a GPA of 4.0.
Landis Earns First Academic Honors
Kayla M. Landis, a resident of Eaton, has been named to first honors on the Clark University Dean’s List. This selection marks outstanding academic achievement during the Fall 2012 semester. To be eligible for first honors, students must have a grade point average of 3.8 or higher, of a maximum of 4.3 (all A+s).
