(Oneida, NY – Feb. 2013) Oneida’s Acting Mayor A. Max Smith will present a State of the City Address Feb. 20 at 7 p.m. at the Kallet Civic Center.
The speech is an annual review of the past year and overview of goals that lie ahead.
A ceremony will also be held prior to the address honoring volunteers on city boards and committees.
The public is invited.
