Madison Cortland ARC
“This is a very popular event in Oneida,” said Christine Sears, director of development for Madison Cortland ARC. “The photographs displayed are exceptional.”
The photograph exhibit features the work of ARC student photographers under the direction of volunteer Jim Cooke, Chittenango. Cooke is a professional photographer who has volunteered for several years teaching photography at Madison Cortland ARC.
Students showing their work and donating the proceeds of the sale of their work are Michael Abbott, Jessica Bero, Shelly Carolla, Robert Cram, Colleen Hall, Kristina Jordan, Shane Kirley, Erica Ostwald, Brett Robinson, Bonita Tanney and Dan Storms.
In addition to the exhibit, several professional photographers in the area have donated pieces of work to be sold and to benefit the Madison Cortland ARC. Photographers who donated are Amy Becker, Bob Havener, Wayne Horning, Nancy Ford, Drew Burdick, Neo Images, Eric Belusar, Jim Cooke, John Haeger, Rusty Aldrich, Joel Meltzer, Leo Maloney and Andy Anguish.
The Photography Exhibit and Sale will take place Wednesday, March 20, at the Winoa Hall Activity Center on Lenox Avenue from 5 to 7 p.m. It is free and open to the public.
