Madison Cortland ARC Elects Schaal as President

(Oneida, NY – June 2013) The Board of Directors for Madison Cortland ARC announces Randy Schaal was elected President of Madison Cortland ARC by its membership on Friday June 7.


Families Celebrate Reading at First Literacy Event

“Cat in the Hat” (Maureen Fox of CAP) and two young readers enjoyed choosing books in the event’s book room. More than 1,000 gently used books were donated from the community to distribute at the event.

“Captain Book” (Liz Metzger, Director of Canastota Public Library) read stories to children attending CAP’s first annual Literacy Event.
