(Hamilton, NY – April 2013) The Hamilton Public Library is pleased to announce we are creating a new position to better meet patron needs consistently by elevating the digital services and emerging technologies we provide. There were a number of very popular technology-based classes offered at the library last year.
While the grant that made those opportunities possible has ended, we recognize there is a growing need to continue to offer support with our digital services and other related technologies.
For more information about this position and how to apply, please visit the “Employment” section of our website.
Are you a fan of World War II-era historical fiction? Are you familiar with the writings of local author Cheryl Pula? The library was happy to host an author visit with Ms. Pula last November, and now we are pleased to announce we have added her newest novel to our collection.
“A Wing and a Prayer” is the fourth book in her series about the Eighth Air Force, and all events are based on her interviews with World War II veterans.
We hope you’ll stop by the library and check it out.
