(Utica, Cazenovia, NY – May 2, 2013) Brett Gifford of Cazenovia was named to the North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) All-Conference Team this week for the sport of Men’s Lacrosse. The junior was named to the All-Conference 1st Team for the position of long-stick midfield. Gifford contributed to a season in which the SUNYIT Wildcats (5-11, 4-3 NEAC) finished tied for fourth in the conference in only the second season of the program’s existence, and caused 46.0 turnovers in the 2013 season, which was good for 1st on the team and 1st in the conference.
