(Oneida, NY – Aug. 2013) The City of Oneida Recreation Department is sponsoring a bus trip for Oneida area seniors to the New York State Fair on Monday, Aug. 26.
It’s Senior Day. Seniors 60 and older are admitted free to the fair.
The Cab Calloway Orchestra will be at Chevy Court at 2 p.m. and local favorite Fritz’s Polka Band will be at the Regional Artist Variety Stage at 11:30 a.m. 1 and 3 p.m. All concerts are free.
The bus departs from the Oneida Towers, Farrier Avenue at 10 a.m. and leaves the Fair at 6 p.m. for the return trip.
The transportation fee is $10 per person. Call the Oneida Rec Center at 363-3590 to reserve a spot.
