Chittenango Landing Canal Boat Museum
(Chittenango, NY – Aug. 2013) Twilight at the Dry Docks will be held Saturday, Sept. 7, from 6 to 8:30 p.m. The Chittenango Landing Canal Boat Museum, 717 Lakeport Road, 
Chittenango, presents this annual event on the museum grounds. The event is a fun, relaxing adult evening highlighted by a chili cook-off competition among area restaurants and organizations.
Visitors vote on the best chili.
Chittenango’s Delphia’s Restaurant provides the cash bar, as well as the cornbread and coleslaw.
Visitors will have the opportunity to browse the grounds and buildings and meet Erie Canal characters from the past. Enjoy live music by the award winning group, “The Cadleys.” Raffle tickets on a Trek bicycle and an infrared Char-Broil gas grill will be available before the drawing that evening.
Do not miss this unique event. Enjoy the chance to surround yourself in this outstanding historical environment and be introduced to an important part of our nation’s history. Sample the chili, listen to wonderful music and enjoy the camaraderie at “Twilight at the Dry Docks.”
