(Oneida, NY- Aug. 28, 2013) A 16-year-old resident of W. Elm Street, Oneida was issued a criminal summons Aug. 26 to appear in Oneida City Court Sept. 6 to answer a charge of Making a Punishable False Written Statement.
Paul D. Miller Jr., 27, of Devaul Road, Chittenango was charged Aug. 23 with second-degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation and Failure to Comply. He is to appear Sept. 6.
Ethel J. Blasko, 50, of Madison Street, Oneida was charged Aug. 28 with third-degree Assault. Blasko is alleged to have pushed another person near the top of stairs causing the person to fall backwards and down the stairs causing injuries requiring treatment at the Oneida Healthcare center. She is to appear in court Aug. 30.
