(Canastota, NY –Sept. 16, 2013) ‘Stota Pop Warner is tearing up the competition for the third week in a row.
The Raiders hosted Sauquoit and Little Falls in a Clash of the Titans kind of day. The Flag teams all had fun and enjoyed perfect weather for their games.
The Mighty Mites fought a valiant battle up and down the field against an equally tough team (Sauquoit) and both teams left the field exhausted but …WOW…what a game!
The Cheer teams kept the energy high and rooted on the fans and players!
The C-Team (junior pee wee) gave almost as good as they got. Little Falls took an early lead and both teams left it all out on the field. In the end, they all looked completely exhausted but Little Falls held their lead and walked away with a 12-0 win over ‘Stota. Then, for the big game, the Canastota Pee Wee B-Team won for the third week in a row with a domineering game against Little Falls. Everyone played hard and Stota beat Little Falls by a score of 16-0, giving the B Team a 3-0 start to the season.
