(Cazenovia, NY – Sept. 2013) The Cazenovia Preservation Foundation will host Community Willow Sculpture Installation Saturday, Sept. 28 from 10 a.m.to 2 p.m. at Willow Patch off Mill Street in the village.
Cazenovia’s Willow Patch has a long history of providing material for the central New York basket-making industry.
Participants will help artist Elizabeth Schoonmaker install and finish a large, interactive willow sculpture she made from Cazenovia willows to celebrate this history.
