(Oct. 2013) The following students have enrolled in Rochester Institute of Technology’s National Technical Institute for the Deaf, the nation’s first and largest technological college for deaf and hard-of-hearing students.
Sarah Davis of Oneida. She is a graduate of New York School for the Deaf in Rome, and the daughter of Steven Davis of Oneida.
Elliot Fellows of Oneida. He is a graduate of Rochester School for the Deaf in Rochester, and the son of Cynthia and Brian Fellows of Oneida.
