Curtis Henry(Oneida, NY – Oct. 10, 2013) Oneida City Police report the arrest of Curtis Henry, 34, address unavailable, took place Oct. 10 around 2 a.m.

Henry was apprehended on the Thruway near Albany by New York State Police. Henry was arrested on the City of Oneida warrant on the following charges; 2 counts of third-degree Criminal Possession of Controlled Substance, class B Felonies, 2 counts of third-degree Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance, class B Felonies and 2 counts of seventh-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, class A Misdemeanors.

Henry is alleged to have possessed and sold crack cocaine in the City of Oneida. The arrest is in connection to the investigation that led to the execution of a search warrant at 230 Stoddard St. in the City of Oneida June 17, which resulted in three arrests.

Henry was arraigned before the Madison County Court and remanded to Madison County Jail in lieu of bail set at $100,000 bail or $200,000 bond to appear Oct. 15.
