To the Editor:
(Oct. 18, 2013) This letter is in support of Ron Bono, Patty Bikowsky, Jim Lundrigan and Roy Kirley. This slate of candidates is dedicated to the Madison community, and I appreciate that they’ve all given their time, effort and intellect to the betterment of our town. They’ve accomplished a great deal – the town is debt-free, the highway department has grown and improved, and Madison Marketplace is thriving and continually adding new business.
But perhaps on a more subtle level, this group represents our way of life in Madison. They are familiar faces – trusted friends and neighbors we’ve lived with our entire lives. They are, essentially, us – a perfect representation of the Madison populace. They fully understand the way of life of our town, and they constantly work toward growth– whether it is improving our economic landscape, or working with other entities such as the village and school district on a bipartisan level to help build and encourage community.
When you cast your vote in November, please consider everything this board has done for our community thus far, and where they’re willing to take us into the future. Please vote Bono, Bikowsky, Lundrigan and Kirley.
