(Oct. 2013) I’m writing to express my support for Ann Jones to be our next Madison County Clerk.
As a Town and County Supervisor for 12 years, I had the pleasure to interact with Ann on many occasions when I attended meetings and conducted other business in Wampsville. Also, as a member and chairperson of many county committees I learned how the county departments function, interact and serve the citizens of Madison County.
Ann not only has the educational background and work experience to do this job but she also has the people skills to motivate employees and provide exceptional customer service; something we need to strive for in order to keep Madison County moving in a positive and progressive direction.
Ann is very committed to her family, friends and everyone in Madison County and I know she will do an excellent job as our next County Clerk. Please join me in supporting Ann on Nov. 5.

I too have had the pleasure of working with Ann while she was my HR director at the Bon Ton. Her priority was always customer service to both the Associates and our customers. She understands the intricacies of working with the public and the additional requirement of balancing this with adherence to company (government) policy. I am a Republican that would wholeheartedly support Ann due to these attributes. She would be GREAT for Madison County. I only wish she lived in Onondaga County!!!
