(Oneida, NY – Oct. 2013) The Oneida-Sherrill Lions Club’s annual pancake breakfast returns on Nov. 3, offering not only a meal cooked and served by the Lions themselves but the chance to help out a great cause at the same time.
The menu includes pancakes, locally-made real maple syrup, sausage, applesauce, orange juice, and coffee. For dessert, guests are invited to visit their bake sale.
Proceeds from the event benefit the Lions’ projects in improving the lives of sight and hearing challenged persons both locally and all over the world, and there will be a 50/50 raffle to further benefit the outreach.
The breakfast will be from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Knights of Columbus building at 164 Madison St. in Oneida.
Tickets are $5 for adults and $4 for kids under 12 and senior citizens, and available from any chapter member or at the door.
