Railroad historian John Taibi presents his latest book, “The Oneida Railway Company: From Horsecars to Interurbans,” the definitive history of Oneida’s trolley line that became the West Shore Railroad, the railway from Utica to Syracuse with its distinctive electrified third rail.

Monday from 2 to 3:30 p.m.
Seniors who want to create a Facebook account, need to know how to post pictures and have privacy concerns can find out the answers from the OPL’s Michele Ryan.
