To the Editor:
My name is Olivia and I am a student at Madison Central School. Due to the town of Madison being so small, the only convenience store in the area is an A&W.
Students here at Madison are very sports oriented, so before our games or practices we like to walk down to pick up some pre-game snacks.
Like any other convenience store, A&W sells tobacco, and there is a lot of marketing in and around the store, although, there is no outdoor marketing to be seen, and I am thankful for that. However, the marketing that is visible is seen by every kid that walks into that store. And I don’t approve.
