(Canastota, NY – Nov. 2013) The Village of Canastota is pleased to announce the first annual outdoor lighting contest. Judging for the Canastota house decoration contest will be held on Friday, Dec. 13.
There will be $100, $75, $50 cash prizes for the first, second and third place winners sponsored by ZEMS Ice Cream, Oneida Savings Bank, and Canastota Publishing. Winner’s homes will be recognized by a sign placed in their front lawn.
