(Utica, NY – Jan. 2014) It used to be a battle to get a book printed through traditional publishing agencies, but self-publishing platforms have made it easier than ever to get books in the hands of readers.
Utica Public Library is offering a computer class on Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing. Students will be given a hands-on opportunity to explore how the web site works and go over frequently asked questions of self-publishing. Local author, Sam McManus, will speak on his publishing experience and give advice to other aspiring writers.
The class is free. Please register as computer space is limited.
