(Hamilton, NY- April 2014) The Zen Den Yoga & Pilates Studio held its community reception and grand opening Feb. 21 and 22.
Located at 3-5 Madison St., Hamilton, and owned by Kriss Young, The Zen Den offers group and private instruction in a variety of formats of yoga and Pilates.
