May 7, 3:30 to 5:30 p.m.: Madison County Health Department Immunization Clinic by appointment only at the Health Department at 138 North Court Street, Building 5, in Wampsville.
May 9, 12:30 to 3:30 p.m.: Madison County Health Department Immunization Clinic by appointment only at the Health Department at 138 North Court Street, Building 5, in Wampsville.
May 13, 10:30 a.m. to noon: Madison County Health Department Immunization Clinic by appointment only at Brookfield Central School, Fairgrounds Road, Brookfield.
