(July 2014) Assemblyman Bill Magee (D-Nelson) filed 108 pages of petitions with over a 1,000 signatures of Democrats who support his candidacy for state Assembly. This is more than twice the 500 signatures required by state election law, and is a sign of his broad support across Madison, Oneida, and Otsego counties. Mr. Magee thanks the many volunteers who devoted weekends and evenings to carry his petitions, and the many persons across the region who signed his petitions.
“Thanks to the hard-work of many volunteers, we were able to submit more than 1,000 signatures to NYS Board of Elections in support of my candidacy for state Assembly,” said Assemblyman Magee. “As your friend and serving as your representative, I have been guided by the values we all hold dear, and I seek to continue serving our community because the needs of our families have, and always will, come first for me.”
