(Oneida, NY – Sept. 2014) Landscape architecture students from SUNY ESF will be developing alternative design ideas for the Oneida Rail Trail. Community involvement in this process is essential.
In this first meeting, scheduled for Wednesday Sept. 10 from 6 to 10 p.m. community members are invited to share their knowledge and ideas about the past, present and future of the city and the trail with students and each other.
The workshop, which will be held at the Oneida Recreation Center, 217 Cedar St. in Oneida, is expected to be fun and interesting. There will be special activities for school aged children. High school students are encouraged to participate.
Refreshments will be provided.
