To the Editor:
(Sept. 2014) I have known Bill Magee for over 55 years. He is a thinker and when anyone makes a suggestion he gets the facts and makes a decision that will benefit the majority. He is always working to lower taxes, gain employment and securing more state aid for schools.
He has assisted many of us in getting our loved ones in Extended Care Facilities.
Bill has supported and helped secure funds for a majority of fire departments and supports our veteran’s programs.
As chairman of the Agricultural Committee, Bill is constantly working to support our farmers, (remember No Farms, No Food).
When Clark Street Bridge was closed by Madison County, they said it would not be repaired for 10 years. So if you stop and think, Bill has helped all of us in one way or another.
I urge you on Election Day to pull the lover of a proven leader.
