(Nov. 2014) Medicare Open Enrollment has begun, and Madison County senior citizens have until Dec. 7 to look at their plans and make changes. These changes could offer additional benefits and lower costs. Seniors can call the toll-free number 800-633-4227 anytime to discuss their coverage options.
Medicare also has an easy-to-use website to review plans. The address is: www.medicare.gov. Additionally, my office is always available to discuss Medicare, Social Security or Veterans Affairs benefits. You can call us at 315-724-9740. My office is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday.
I encourage all seniors to call the toll-free number or visit Medicare’s website to review their options.
As always, I am grateful to the constituents of Madison County for the opportunity to serve on your behalf in Congress.
Richard Hanna
U.S. Representative
