(Oneida, NY – March 2015) The Greater Oneida Chamber of Commerce announces that Public Access Channel 99 has been awarded March Business of the Month.

PAC-10, Inc. dba PAC 99  is Oneida’s own Public Access Channel on the Time Warner Cable system and serves most of Madison County as well as portions of southern Oswego County and western Oneida County.

An all-volunteer organization, PAC 99 has been serving the public since first lighting channel 34 on the old Seneca Cable system in November of 1989. They are located in the maintenance building of Oneida High School and record programs for airing all across the county.

Their bulletin board also carries announcements of meetings, benefits, dinners and programs for governmental, civic, religious and educational organizations.

Their volunteers feel that their function as a Public, Educational and Governmental TV channel gives them a great way to donate their time and talent to the community and they are grateful to have the opportunity.

The chamber recently launched its new program to honor a deserving member business each month. Chamber members can take part by submitting a Member of the Month form, found on the chamber website www.oneidachamberny.org.
