(Morrisville, NY – July 2015) The New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) announced its 2014-15 All-Academic Teams, naming seven football student-athletes from Morrisville State College to its honorable mention team for excellence in academics and athletics.

Shane Carroll (Morrisville) Junior, Human Performance & Health Promotion
Adam Eick (Medina) Sophomore, Agriculture Business Development
Colton Evans (West Winfield) Junior, Web Develop & Management
Naqi Gibbs (Albany) Sophomore, Accounting
Vaughn Hawkins (Floral Park) Sophomore, Criminal Justice
Julian Serrano (Bronx) Junior, Criminal Justice
To be selected to the All-Academic Team, student-athletes must have earned at least a 3.20 grade point average and must be a sophomore, junior or senior.
Morrisville State wrapped up the 2014 season as co-Champions of the NJAC with a 6-1 conference record, posting a program best 9-2 overall stint, and claiming the ECAC Division III North Central Bowl title over Utica.
