(Morrisville, NY – Oct. 2015) The North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) announced its weekly award winners in men’s soccer, naming Morrisville State College sophomore Jamieson McKoy (Bronx, N.Y.) the Offensive Player of the Week for the week ending Sept. 20.
McKoy led Morrisville State to a 2-0 week within conference action, notching seven points on three goals and an assist as the Mustangs downed SUNY Cobleskill and SUNY Polytechnic.
In the 5-0 win over Cobleskill on Saturday, McKoy posted two goals and assisted another before notching the game winner in a 1-0 decision to SUNY Poly on Sunday.
He currently leads Morrisville State in scoring with 10 points on four goals and two assists.
The sophomore is a graduate of the High School for Teaching and the Professions and is majoring in accounting at Morrisville State. He is the son of Caroline Davis of St. Kitts.
