(Oneida, NY – Jan. 2016) She’s only 9-years-old but Oneida artist Isabelle Storey already has her first exhibit in the works, thanks to a pair of Make-A-Wish wish granting volunteers.

Isabelle has a life-threatening medical condition that recently qualified her for a wish through Make-A-Wish Central New York. When her wish granting volunteers met with her to determine her “one true wish,” Isabelle considered having her art exhibited. Ultimately, however, she decided on a trip to Hawaii.  As a wish enhancement, Isabelle’s wish granters reached out to the Oneida Public Library to arrange a display of her work.

The community can view Isabelle’s creations and learn more about Make-A-Wish Central New York at the library, located at 220 Broad St. in Oneida from Jan. 25 through Feb. 5. The display will be located in the library’s Meeting Room.
