On Tuesday, March 8, at 9:40 p.m., Morrisville State Police arrested William M. Horstman. Jr., 55, of South Hamilton Road, Earlville, for fourth-degree criminal mischief and third-degree menacing following a domestic dispute at his residence.
Horstman was arraigned before Earlville Village Justice Hailston and released on his own recognizance; he is scheduled to return to Hamilton Town Court March 21 at 2 p.m.
