State Police in Elbridge arrested Robert A. Milazzo, age 48, of 145 Lafayette Ave., Canastota, for second-degree burglary, a class C felony.
Milazzo was charged following a residential burglary investigation that began in July 2015 in the town of Marcellus. He was arraigned in Marcellus Town Court and remanded to the Onondaga County Justice Center in lieu of no bail.
