On April 12, at approximately 9:27 p.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on Oneida Street in the City of Fulton for failure to stop at a red light.
Following an investigation at the scene, back seat passenger, Justin J. Fellows, 33, of Fulton, was found to be in possession of suboxone without a prescription, as well as cocaine; he was transported to SP Fulton where he was charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. Fellows is due in the City of Fulton Court April 28 at 9 a.m.
