The Arc of Madison Cortland announces that Darin Pearo has accepted the position of Director of Facilities and Business Operations.
Darin Pearo has been employed by The Arc of Madison Cortland for 20 years and has held many positions within the agency. He has a wealth of experience and will plan and coordinate all aspects of facilities and maintenance while overseeing the business enterprises.
The business enterprises provide meaningful and productive vocational opportunities for people with developmental disabilities supported by The Arc of Madison Cortland. Pearo looks forward to applying his knowledge and skills to the position. “I find the work I do extremely rewarding. Every aspect of my involvement has such a large impact on all areas of the agency, in turn making a difference and improving the lives of the people we serve,” states Pearo.
Pearo resides in Marcy with his wife, two sons and a daughter and enjoys time spent with his family, fitness, playing music and motorsports.
