On April 22 at approximately 12:58 p.m., State Police stopped a black Ford Explorer on I-90 while investigating a road rage incident where a handgun was displayed.
The driver of the vehicle, Cody L. Pahuta, 24, of Corfu, was found to be in possession of a .117 caliber steel BB gun and approximately 17 grams of marijuana. He was taken into custody and transported to SP Henrietta where he was subsequently charged with second-degree menacing, a class A misdemeanor; fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana; a violation.
Pahuta was arraigned in Henrietta Town Court and released on his own recognizance to reappear May 19.
