1. CNY WATER WORKS CONFERENCE: Authorize the Water Department employees and Water Board Commissioners to attend the Central New York Water Works Summer Meeting and Product Display held at Hinerwadel’s Grove, Syracuse, NY on Wednesday, June 1, 2016. (Smolinski)
2. ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT: Receive and place on file the Annual Financial Report Update Document for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2015. (Pease)
3. ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT: Receive and place on file a Positive Recommendation from the Planning Commission and the GML Recommendation from Madison County Planning Department relative to amending the Zoning Ordinance relating to increasing the number of signs allowed per business and schedule a public hearing for May 17 at 6:30 p.m. in the Common Council Chambers, 109 N. Main St., Oneida. (Rose)
4. CROSSING GUARDS: Approve an increase in the hourly wage for the City’s five crossing guards. (Matzke)
5. AGREEMENTS: Authorize the Mayor to sign various agreements with Power Generation & Industrial Engines, Inc. for generator/fire pump preventative maintenance for the Recreation Dept, Fire Dept, Water Dept, Justice Center, Municipal Building, and WWTP. (Rauscher)
6. BUDGET TRANSFERS: Approve budget transfers to add a new line for flowers downtown. (Matzke)
7. DECLARE EXCESS PROPERTIES: Declare properties at 1178 Glenwood Avenue, 2120 Schoolheimer Road, 5907 Peterboro Road, and 305 N. Main Street be excess properties thereby eligible to be for sale. (Stedman)
