It is a time to celebrate women and empower them to improve their heart health. At the Luncheon, hundreds of women will be able to get health screenings, learn lifesaving information, attend an interactive expo, and much more.
This year’s luncheon will recognize the first-ever Go Red Survivor Class in Utica, featuring eight local women who are survivors of heart disease and stroke. Survivor Class member Ondrea Grippe-Getz, along her mother Donna Grippe, will share their family’s story.
Other highlights include a keynote address on stress and the heart from Dr. Joanne Joseph, of SUNY Polytechnic Institute, and an appearance by Miss New York Earth United States 2016 Corrin Stellakis of Bridgeport.
