On April 23 at approximately 1:50 a.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-90 for multiple traffic violations. The driver of the vehicle, Arthur J. Perkins, 27, of Buffalo, was found to be intoxicated. He was transported and processed at SP Buffalo, where his blood-alcohol content was determined to be 0.20 percent. He was subsequently charged with:- Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; an Unclassified Misdemeanor

Perkins was turned over to a sober third party and released on an appearance ticket returnable to Cheektowaga Town Court May 11 at 9 a.m.
