On May 3, at approximately 12:15 a.m., Oneida County 911 alerted patrols regarding a gray colored Volkswagen that was driving erratically westbound on River Road towards SR 291 in Marcy. Troopers were able to locate the vehicle at the intersection of River Road and State Route 291.
The driver, BreeAnn T. Babcock, 25, from Whitesboro, was charged with aggravated DWI and failure to use designated lane. Babcock was processed at SP Marcy with a BAC of .21 percent. She is scheduled to appear in Marcy Town Court May 31 at 4 p.m.
