Oneida police patchPeter M. Robinson, 32, Williams Street, Oneida, was charged May 6 with petit larceny. He is alleged to have stolen merchandise from Wal-Mart.

Chad M. Emmons, 27, North Main Street, Oneida, was charged May 7 with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Lucas P. Jacobs, 33, Maple Avenue, Bouckville, was charged May 7 with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Jeremy L. Chappell, 25, Ravine Street, Canastota, was issued an appearance ticket May 7 on a charge of unlawful possession of marijuana.
