On May 7, at approximately 2:15 p.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on Route 96 for a traffic violation. The driver of the vehicle, Trent D. Donohue, 45, of League City, Texas, was found to be intoxicated. He was transported and processed at SP Canandaigua, where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.23 percent.He was subsequently charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor.
Donohue was turned over to a sober third party and released on an appearance ticket returnable in Victor Town Court May 19 at 7 p.m.
